1. Flower Quality Disclaimer
The quality of the final resin piece depends heavily on the condition of the flowers when they arrive at our studio. Leo Flora Art is not responsible for bruising, rotting, or color changes that occur to flowers during customer transit. Some flowers naturally change color during the drying and resin-curing process (e.g., red roses turn dark burgundy, white flowers can dry cream/translucent).
2. Timeline and Curing
Resin preservation is a slow, multi-layer chemical process. Our standard turnaround time is 8 to 12 weeks from the day we receive your flowers. By placing an order, you agree to this operational timeline.
3. Shipping Responsibilities
The customer is solely responsible for paying shipping costs to send their flowers to our studio, as well as following the drying and packaging instructions provided by Leo Flora Art.
4. Governing Law
